Okay, we're still in the process of engaging these guys to bring my stepmother back from Florida to Toronto, but so far I have found them SO helpful and SO reassuring. They absolutely know their stuff, and to be honest the prices they quoted for medical transport (accompanied on commercial vs what it costs for a stretcher which can't be on commercial air) were a lot less than I expected.

They've also offered to help us get through the onerous, red-tape-riddled insurance process - apparently they are the main provider of medical transport services for more than one insurance company, which helps.

Recommended.

EDITED TO ADD: My father and step-mother are home now, thanks to Parkview. They communicated with the insurance company, investigated whether we could bring their dog back, and kept me posted the whole time - the guy even called me on a Sunday! Fantastic.
