I had a very mixed experience with Multi-touchy-feely. On one hand, their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The products they offer are also of good quality. However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had some issues with my order and it was very difficult to get in touch with someone who could help me. It took multiple attempts and a lot of frustration before my issue was finally resolved.
