I have been a customer of The Broadband Computer Company for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The internet speed is okay, not extremely fast but it gets the job done. However, the customer support could be improved. Whenever I have an issue, it takes them a while to respond to my inquiries. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
