My family and I go to the Dublin office on Sawmill Rd and have not had any complaints. I am amazed at the negative reviews I have read and just wanted to add my own positive one. The therapists that my daughters and I see are great and helpful. The girls trust theirs and have had no complaints about their sessions and I can't complain when I have been in the room with them (my daughters' choice if I am in there with them or not). The only thing I can come close to complaining about is not being able to schedule an appointment for my spouse but it is honestly understandable.

I was there when a woman showed up for her appointment and learned that she went to the wrong office due to not knowing which one she was going to and going by the address for the main office. She was treated with respect and her appointment was rescheduled and the other office called to inform them of what happened.

EDIT: So, my review still stands for me and our daughters, but my wife's therapist seems to be very unprofessional. She will be making her own review shortly.
