CUSTOMER: The plumbers from Bjs Plumbing Services, INC did an average job at fixing the plumbing issue at my house. They were professional and completed the work on time, but the problem reoccurred after a few days. I had to call them again to fix it properly. Although the issue was eventually resolved, I expected better quality service.
