I have been using Simply Finance for quite some time now and I must say that their service is satisfactory but has room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The rates offered by them are competitive overall. However, there have been a few instances where I faced delays in getting a response from their customer support team. I hope they address these issues and enhance their service quality.
