Very nice and clean rooms. Staff mostly friendly, except for the valets and the registration desk. Unfortunately, they charge for everything, including computer use in the business center. The costs at this Westin quickly outpaces competitors in downtown Savannah. I have stayed here several times, but I see the hotel is having quality and cost issues now.
