I had a mixed experience with Ethitrials clinical research solution. While their website is informative and user-friendly, their customer service needs improvement. The staff was not very responsive and it took a long time to get my queries answered. However, once I got in touch with the right person, things went more smoothly. Overall, I would rate them as average.
