I had a mixed experience with Star Metal Forms Pvt. Ltd. While their products were of good quality and they had a wide range to choose from, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. However, I cannot deny the fact that the products I purchased were of great value for money. I hope the company works on improving their customer service in the future.
