I had a mixed experience with Prentke Romich GmbH. While their product was of good quality, their customer service left much to be desired. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the responses were not helpful. However, once I received the product, I was pleased with its performance. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement in customer service.
