My recent visit to Hollywood Casino Jamul was a mixed experience. While the variety of games was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable, I found the staff to be quite unhelpful. Their customer service needs improvement. On the positive side, the food options were decent, and the casino was clean. Overall, an average experience.
