We have been struggling with Website Pipeline (Cimcloud) for going on 2 years now. So far the whole process has been terrible. We were promised; ERP integration, E-commerce website with multiple warehouses with the ability for user login and guest check outs, Google Analytics Setup with the ability to setup ad campaigns and run dynamic re-marketing campaigns, Coupon Codes, seamless shipping possibilities, SEO standards and great customer support.

We have been live with Website Pipeline now for almost a year and they still cannot figure out how to configure google analytics correctly to show correct E-commerce calculations, cart abandonments, SEO, etc. We are continuously being charged for errors that they have caused and should have been resolved prior to the live date. The other reviewer was correct in saying Most times there is no answer for questions we ask, just excuses as to why they aren t able to get them to work. Every module you add will add to your hosting fee, if you want the ability to have coupon codes, shipping promos, or any other module that is built into other websites at no charge- this is not the company for you. And there is no after live support!
