I have been working with Smartmatch uitzendbureau for a few months now and I must say they are an average company. They provide decent job opportunities and their staff is friendly. However, I feel that their communication can be improved. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to receive a response from them. Overall, the experience has been satisfactory. I hope they continue to strive for improvement.
