I had a mixed experience with Redmap. While their customer service was polite and helpful, I found their website to be clunky and difficult to navigate. The information I needed was scattered throughout different pages, and it took me a while to find what I was looking for. However, the products they offer are of good quality and reasonably priced. Overall, I would say my experience with Redmap was average.
