I recently purchased a pair of headphones from BSX Audio and overall, I found them to be satisfactory. The sound quality is decent and they are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. However, I was disappointed with the battery life, as it doesn't last as long as I expected. Additionally, the customer service could be improved as it took them a while to respond to my queries. Nevertheless, considering the price point, these headphones offer good value for money.
