I recently purchased a new laptop from a popular online retailer. The laptop itself is great, but the shopping experience was horrible. The website was confusing, and it took forever to find the product I wanted. The delivery was delayed, and the packaging was damaged. Overall, I would not recommend this company for computer purchases.
