I have had an average experience with Janet D Miller Charitable Remainder Unitrust. Their customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The process of setting up a unitrust was smooth and the staff was helpful, but there were some delays in getting my documents finalized. Overall, they did an okay job.
