I have been a customer of Brinkhaus for several years and I must say that their products and services are just average. The quality of their furniture is decent but nothing exceptional. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is simple. However, I have had a few issues with customer support in the past. Overall, Brinkhaus is an okay company but there are definitely better options out there.
