I've been a loyal customer of Telrex for many years, and I can confidently say that their service is average. While their website is easy to navigate, I've had a few instances where it was slow and unresponsive. Their customer support is decent, but there have been times when they were unable to address my concerns adequately. Overall, Telrex is an okay telecom provider, but there may be better options available.
