I recently booked a vacation rental from Only Mallorca and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and find the perfect property for our needs. However, the customer service was lacking. The agent we worked with was not very responsive and it took multiple attempts to get a reply. Overall, the booking process was smooth, but the lack of communication was frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
