Great organization, very reliable, problem solving and solution oriented people! Not so .... Mr. Ramon R. no knowledge, arrogant, does not listen, own interpretations, and fills in answers to the questions himself. Complaint will be sent to someone but will not be substantively addressed. This man had standards of decency, but your colleague is not going to lose weight. Chapeau that municipalities spend money on such companies. But as a stupid entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience, I am too stupid to understand such matters. Mr. RR is following his advice, that's what the community is waiting for.
