I had an overall average experience with TriMed Research. The website trimedres.com was easy to navigate and find the information I was looking for. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. The response time to my queries was longer than expected and the staff was not very helpful. I also had issues with the products I purchased from them. The quality was not up to the mark and some of them arrived damaged. I hope they improve their customer service and product quality in the future.
