I have been attending classes at Maui Yoga Shala for a while now and it has become my happy place. The instructors are fantastic and the classes are always challenging and enjoyable. The studio is in a beautiful location and has a wonderful energy. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice!
