Absolutely horrible!!! Noone available to speak to...

Absolutely horrible!!! Noone available to speak to and their slow as hell processing.i lost my job after 14 yrs because company downsized. Im a single parent with no income because ive been waiting 22 days already for them to process my claim. But yet noone available to speak to they say go online to answer questions.hmm doesnt help!!! Now i get an email maybe another 14-18 days to process because their backed up??? Are you kidding me????if theyre that backed up maybe they should trying hiring some people to get in and do the job!!! Absolutely unbelievable another reason CT sucks!!! I'd give negative 15 stars i stead of 1 star if i possibly could!!! maybe they should be required to start paying interest when theyre this backed up!!!
