My 87 year old dad was transferred by ambulance to A&E after a fall in which he had fractures to his cheek bone. Waiting 4 hours to see dr. Was supposed get a referral within few days but despite numerous phone calls we didn't hear anything for three weeks and then only after his GP got involved!
