The services provided by Workgroup Technology Solutions have been subpar. The quality of their work does not meet my expectations, and their customer service is mediocre at best. I often find myself having to repeat my concerns and issues multiple times before any action is taken. This lack of attention to detail and poor communication has led to various delays and frustrations. I would not recommend their services to others.
