I recently used the services of a funeral home for a loved one, and I must say that the experience was positive overall. The staff was professional and respectful, and they provided all the necessary support during this difficult time. However, there were a few minor hiccups along the way, which slightly affected my overall satisfaction. Nonetheless, I would still recommend Macarthur Funeral Home to others.
