I've been practicing Krav Maga for a few years now and I have to say that Krav Maga Worldwide is one of the best places to train. The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate about what they teach. The classes are intense and challenging, but also very rewarding. I appreciate that the focus is on practical self-defense techniques rather than flashy moves. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, and I always leave feeling more confident and empowered.
