I had an average experience with Little Words Project. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the quality of the product was not as great as I expected. The bracelet I received had some flaws and the letters on it started to fade after a few weeks of wear. Overall, I would say it's an okay company, but there is room for improvement.
