I had a mixed experience with Grace visiting nurses. Although the care they provided for my aunt was good, the overall communication and coordination could have been better. There were times when we had trouble reaching them, and it caused some unnecessary stress. However, their nurses were kind and professional, and my aunt received the care she needed. So, I have mixed feelings about the service.
