I attempted to work with one of the representative...

I attempted to work with one of the representatives to solve a problem with a prescription being denied by Medicare (Medicare stated that CGS approves/disapproves claims). The operators transferred me to 2 different reps who did not answer the phone and both had full mailboxes. Therefore, I could not leave a message. On my third call, I was transferred to the supervisor of the first two. He also did not answer but I was able to leave a message. Names of first two: Kenique Ward and Taiwan Riley. Still waiting for call from the supervisor. His name is Terrence Proudy.
