The service provided by Taylor Kerney State Farm Insur is average. I have been a customer for a few years now and while their rates are competitive, I've had some issues with their claims process. They seem to take a while to process claims and I've had to follow up multiple times to get an update. Overall, they are okay but there is room for improvement.
