I owe much thanks to Maven Recruiting Group, especially Shirin Esmaili. Just this past December, I completed a Recruiting course through the Human Resource Management Program at UC Berkeley. Luckily for me, the people at Maven where many hats; Shirin was my professor. Shirin was knowledgeable, charismatic and empowering and after our course was complete, I worked with her to explore opportunities in Human Resource and Administrative positions.

Shirin worked with me to prepare for both phone and in person interviews and supported me through the whole process of securing employment, even to this day.

It is now June and after three months in my position, I am being converted to a full time employee! I wouldn t hesitate to refer anyone I know to Maven!
