My experience with apex PROaupair was somewhat disappointing. While the live-in child care service was satisfactory, the communication with the agency could have been better. The au pair assigned to us lacked some essential skills, and it took longer than expected to resolve the issues. I appreciate the effort put in by the agency to address our concerns eventually, but I expected a smoother experience overall. I would rate apex PROaupair as average.
