I had a mixed experience with China Overseas Grand Oceans Group. While their staff was helpful, there were some issues that took longer to resolve than expected. However, they did eventually resolve the issues and provided satisfactory service. I would consider using their services again in the future with the hope that they improve their overall efficiency.
