I had an average experience with Cv s and co. investment & finance. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall process was quite slow. It took longer than expected to get a response to my queries and to receive updates on my investments. However, the staff was knowledgeable and professional, which was a plus. I would suggest improving the communication and response time to enhance the customer experience.
