Even as we were outdoors approaching the sales area, all of the personnel that saw us greeted us with smiles, handshakes and offers to assist us.
Salesmen James Smith and Ben Besida took time to let us review several used Highlanders. They then worked together with us to select one that we believe will serve us well.
The financial representatives are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Service and accessory representatives continue to exhibit those friendly, helpful attitudes.
I believe they really want to satisfy their customers.

Sun's asst. service manager Greg Gamble was very courteous and helpful in checking in my Highlander for diagnosis and service, The service techs went beyond checking out my concern. Greg let the techs know I was planning a trip, so they checked the service history and recommended services that were overdue. They performed those services in a timely manner and were helpful and courteous throughout.
