Holiday Unicorn provided a satisfactory holiday experience. The website was easy to use and had a good selection of options. The customer service team was responsive, although sometimes it took a bit longer for them to get back to me. The vacation package I booked was average in terms of accommodations and activities. It was decent, but I expected a bit more. Overall, an okay experience with room for improvement.
