I phoned to ask when there is open day and the sec...

I phoned to ask when there is open day and the secretary replied very annoyed that the days are written on the site. So .... one site won't let me in and there's nothing on the other. What was I supposed to do ?????? It seemed logical to call ..... and the lady before answering so annoyed .. to a person who asks kindly, may also think that on the other side maybe there is someone who does not know what to do because maybe she is the first time he juggles these things.
