As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to engage with Hawthorne & Hawthorne, P.C. All in all, my experience with the firm was average. One aspect that stood out to me was their website, hawthorne.law, which was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information I needed. However, I found the communication lacking at times, as it took a while for them to respond to my inquiries. The legal advice and services provided were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, but I didn't feel a strong personal connection. Overall, Hawthorne & Hawthorne, P.C. is a decent choice for legal assistance, but there are definitely areas they could improve upon to deliver a more exceptional experience.
