I recently made a purchase from a tea shop located in Europe, and I found the experience to be quite average overall. While the website was easy to navigate and had a good variety of teas to choose from, I felt that the prices were a bit on the higher side compared to other similar shops. The shipping process was smooth and my order arrived within the expected timeframe, but I would have appreciated more updates on the status of my delivery. The quality of the tea itself was decent, although I've had better tasting teas from other sources. Overall, it's an okay option if you're in a pinch, but I'll probably explore other tea shops for better value and quality in the future.
