Great at handing out tickets, HORRIBLE at followin...

Great at handing out tickets, HORRIBLE at following up when my wallet was stolen, when my cousin's car was broken into and when they allowed my friend's abusive boyfriend back into her apartment, never asking for his ID, which would have shown a WARRANT. Bang-up job guys!
