If I could put any stars ... Shabby, incompetent, below all humanity. 9 months that I have not heard from my file. We do not answer the phone, even going through a social worker that does not advance any more. In addition to having lost my husband 9 months ago, I will find myself homeless at the end of the month because of your immobility. I will surely go to the administrative court as a last resort, but without hope.
Very quick to respond to the Google review, but still just as incompetent and inactive when we finally have them on the phone. Unsolved problem, I am told that I will be called back within the hour ..... it's been 2 days.
