I had an average experience with Rci, (relational computer international), ca partner. The website rci-lb.com was easy to navigate and find information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and there were a few instances where I felt like my concerns were not properly addressed. Overall, I would say they are just okay.
