Avoid working with this rigging company at all costs! We had a machine of ours stored with them for a long duration of time. Once it was time to move, major problems came up. The reloading charge at their facility came out to be an egregious amount, which we had no choice but to pay. When the press was being loaded, we had problems which almost resulted in the truck not taking the load. Last, when the machine was received by my customer, there were major accessories missing. This company claimed that they couldn't find anything, and would not take any responsibility for the missing pieces. These pieces were there when they originally moved machine. I will not give any names of the people that were involved, but one of the worst experiences I have had with a rigger in the industry.
