I highly recommend Hendrick Lexus Northlake. The last thing anyone wants to go through is the car buying or car maintenance experience However, Hendrick Northlake will assist you in the entire process. They are all very knowledgeable. As a consumer you aren't pressured to make any purchases or maintenance decisions. They appreciate the business and focus on good customer relations which I thought was remarkable. one young man comes to mind there is "Omar". Phenomenal job in assisting and explaining what needs to be done as far as my maintenance and when. He was very knowlegeable In answering my questions or concerns. You can see he truly loves both his job and the Lexus brand!!!! What a great technician on the team!!! If you ever need a technician I recommend Omar!!!!
