I had a somewhat satisfactory experience with this accounting firm. While their services were decent, I felt that the communication could have been better. It took some time to get my queries answered, and there were delays in the completion of my financial statements. However, the end result was acceptable, and they did manage to resolve my accounting issues. I would suggest that they improve their responsiveness and streamline their processes for a better customer experience.
