I tried to reserve chairs and an umbrella after seeing their equipment in front of the house we rented. The guy had zero interest in helping me and kept asking for the name of the place we were staying. I kept explaining that it was a privately owned home and giving him the address. He was too lazy to look it up and didn't want to help. I'll go somewhere else.
