I've been a season pass holder for about 5 years now but I will not renew my pass anymore. Always read the small print when dealing with places like this. For example, if you have a gold membership or above you entitled to preferred parking "When available!" I wouldn't have been upset about parking in the general lot but as I walked over I saw several cars being allowed to go into preferred parking that were not handicapped which I was told was a requirement that day. When I mentioned this to customer service they basically patted me on the head and said "but your membership says when available." There a more reasons for my review being so low but the reason I didn't give one star is because they do have good shows.
