I've been a customer of Wka/carl kind jr. for a while now, and I must say they are average. The products are good, but nothing exceptional. The website is easy to navigate, but it could be improved in terms of design. The customer service is decent, but there have been instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a response. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
